Boston SHUDDERFEST Call For Entries Now Open!

All Things Horror wants your submissions for the 2ndAnnual Shudderfest to be held in the Somerville Theater Microcinema Friday October 26th and Saturday October 27th

Chris and I are seeking out the best in independent horror films for both feature and short movies. Over the course of two nights we’ll be hosting a minimum of four programs. Being so close to Halloween, we want to give the rabid horror fans in the greater Boston Massachusetts region an alternative to the fifth consecutive showing of Saw IV on the SyFy Network.

So give us your zombie films, your supernatural ghost story, tales of creepy clown dolls with minds of their own. Send us your slashers and your spoofs. We need your movies about swamp things, killer kids gone bad and noises that go bump in the night.

We are accepting DVD and Bu ray formats for screening. If you wish to submit your short film (20 minutes or less) via a secure streaming link for consideration, that is acceptable. However, we require a DVD or Blu Ray for the festival itself. There is no entry fee.

All Submissions must be received by Friday September 14thfor consideration.

Film Thrills marks his attempt to take things up a notch, expand his viewing and writing horizons and to entertain and engage his audience while doing so. When Mike's not writing or watching movies, you can find him reading to his little girl, or doing science experiments with her, or trying to convince her that the term "chicken butt" comes from people putting chicken nuggets down their underwear. at age five, she's too smart to believe most of what he says.
